The name of the program is Tongbu Assistant (the name derives from chinese language 'tongbu' which is 'synchronizer' in english, or at least that's what I think it is ) I don't own the software nor am I earning something from sharing it (except for the pleasure of making my readers happy :D ), I don't really know how it works but I'm pretty sure that it is legal enough to not have been taken down by any law suits, so that's legal enough for me, and I presume that it will be for you as well.
